Yes, 21 maart is er bijna, dus de lente is in 't land! Zijn jullie klaar om weer helemaal los te gaan op het strand van Strandbar Stek!? Wij in ieder geval wel, dus wees welkom op deze te gekke feestjes komende twee weken en laten we hopen op wat straaltjes zonneschijn!

Dit jaar gaan we uit onze stekker met niemand minder dan Special D! Afkomstig uit Duitsland, maar met de hit "Come with me" brak hij door in de rest van Europa. Daarna maakte hij nog wat knallers, zoals o.a. "Home Alone" en de JX-cover "Nothing I won't do". Kom gezellig Koningsnacht inluiden en ga Uit Je Stekker!

❤️ 𝗘𝗲𝗻 𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗶𝗲𝗳𝗱𝗲 𝘃𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗱𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝘃𝗮𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗮!

@strandbarstek, the charming haven that got Nijmegen’s dance community through the pandemic. If it wasn’t for this place, surely the pandemic would have left much deeper and bigger scars on our souls.

Unfortunately, this vibrant and stylish venue at the banks of the Waal will have to close it’s doors in the nearby future. It only had the chance to exist for a couple of years, but nevertheless left a big mark on Nijmegen’s culture – talkin’ about short but sweet.

As an adequate homage and a spectacular thank you, we’ll come together at Strandbar Stek one last time for ‘Terra – The Last Resort’ on the 15th of April. Come along and join us paying Stek our last respects with a killer house edition, grooving in love and harmony through the fruitful sands while we still can – just the way it should be. Just the way Stek deserves.
