If the spirits that bless us let it be, then we should be hosting our last party of the year on the 11th of December. We’re bringing a full international line-up for this Electro Cumbia Winterfest Blast, with a live performance from Memo Pimento and his electric orchestra… oh shit!

Dj’s Supporting the night will be no other than two of our favourites, and Brussels’ local delicatessens, RAFAEL ARAGON and REBEL UP! Goes it without saying these two know their stuff.

Watch out for this one!

𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐨 𝐏𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜 𝐎𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚 𝐋𝐈𝐕𝐄 (𝐌𝐄𝐗/𝐁𝐄)
In Brussels (be) Memo started to build a fan base with wild dancing parties, bringing the heat and energy of Latin on electronic dancefloors, punk venues, ragga squats, and on every place open to listening to new musical miscegenation. Memo Pimiento (mex) has played in Holland at the Psy-Fi Festival and the Oerol Festival, as a support act of the Meridian Brothers (COL) concert on the venue Grounds. The main act in Cyprus for the closing of the Xarkis Festival, in Barcelona, for the Festival “Que no cumbia el panico”, in Lisbon, Paris, etc. And especially in Mexico, where he makes around fifteen dates each winter, taking part of the Latin continent’s locomotive. Memo has performed in Germany, Holland, Mexico, Spain, France, Portugal, Cyprus … Alternating with artists such as Golden Dawn Arkestra (USA) La Dame Blanche (CUB) Sound Black Rooster (MEX) Trans-X (CAN) Rumble! (MEX) Anarkia Tropikal (CHIL) Meridian Brothers (COL), Rafael Aragon (FRA), Kumbia Boruka (FRA) among others. In 2018 he releases his first album under the Belgian label Rebel Up! 500 copies in black vinyl format and 50 special edition vinyl marbling, with distribution throughout Europe and Mexico. With his first album Memo found his audience: which is not defined by age – although it is unanimous with children- but rather by a pro-life attitude. It brings out shackles, iconoclast, with the only claim, to enjoy life in all directions. Who has heard it, in Europe is an addict as with an anti-depressant, and for Latins as folklore booster! In 2021 Memo launched 2 new EP’s rebooting Cumbia, Reggaeton, Tribal, Drum & Bass on acid flavors. First EP Chin! (Folkore Records 2021) and the second EP Gun (unedited).

𝐑𝐚𝐟𝐚𝐞𝐥 𝐀𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐨𝐧 (𝐁𝐄)
Music that is trance-inducing, powerful yet delicate, constantly changing, and continuously breaking borders. Sweaty dancefloor stompers and soulful anthems with a magic touch inspired by forgotten traditions and ancient folklores from all around the world. Mystic chimes, ritual drums, and witchcraft music meet raving kicks, deep basslines, and electronic polyrhythms to provide a rich, dancy, and psychedelic experience!
